What is Finest4C's refund policy? Can I return my order if I find it to be defective?
If your product has been damaged or was defective when it was delivered, we are more than happy to offer the full purchase price for that product if you can send a photo or proof of damage. Please note that we offer a full refund only if you can send it to us in 30 days from the date of purchase. However, we must ask you to ship it at your own expense and once we have received the product and confirmed the issue, we will refund the full amount that you had spared for the product in question. Please include the name and order number on the return parcel. If the product is on the way, we ask you to wait for it to arrive and then return it before you are eligible for a refund.
Will I incur any penalty if I cancel my order?
Absolutely not! You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. However, if your item is already in transit, then please refer to the return policy mentioned above for a full refund.
How long does it take for me to get the product after confirming the order?
Our dedicated team here at Finest4C’s are working hard to ensure that all the products are dispatched as soon as possible. We do ask you to give us around 4-7 days of production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times here are around 15-21 days and they may vary depending on your location and the fulfilment centres that we dispatch our products from. The tracking numbers will be updated in 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number, you can contact us directly.
